We're looking for a Laravel PHP Developer to join our fast growing development team. You'll be working on cutting edge software within the blossoming Leeds Fintech sector, Ecommerce websites, SaaS products and other bespoke solutions. You'll be part of a team developing progressive web apps, native apps and websites.

We need you to be competent with...
  • PHP (OO, Laravel, Procedural)
  • HTML(+5), CSS(+3) and pre-processors such as Sass
  • JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, JSON and vue.js
  • Mongo, MySQL and MariaDB databases
  • Apache, Nginx, IIS, Linux, Node.js
  • Package managers (composer, NPM, Webpack etc)
  • Experience working with Ecommerce systems
  • Solving and troubleshooting bugs and errors effectively
  • Implementing and best practices of unit testing
  • GIT
And ideally...
  • Experience with Bash and Shell scripting
  • Experience working with AWS services
  • A degree in computer science or relevant experience
  • Good understanding of SEO and Google marketing services

  • 3 - 5 years minimum commercial experience
  • A passion for writing clean reusable code
