You will...

Instrument meaningful data: Plan and implement event tracking in GA4 & Tag Manager so we capture the behaviours that really matter across websites, apps and bespoke software.

Turn numbers into narratives: Build crisp dashboards and one-page reports that give our marketing team instant clarity—and fresh ideas—on performance.

Drive CRO with data: Analyse journeys to spot drop-offs, diagnose friction points and help design A/B or multivariate tests that lift conversion rates.

Surface commercial wins: Partner with client-service leads to proactively identify opportunities for our clients, backing every recommendation with hard data.

Stay ahead of trends: Monitor multiple GA4 and Search Console properties daily, flagging emerging patterns or anomalies across channels before they become issues—and identifying quick wins.

Present with confidence: Translate complex data stories into clear, compelling insights and deliver them persuasively to senior client stakeholders.

We're looking for...

Someone who doesn’t just know how to read and report on data, but someone who is a strategic thinker and is able to use that data to provide insights and generate opportunities.

Desired Experience & Qualifications

Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or similar.

Previous digital-agency experience handling multiple concurrent accounts.

Familiarity with Looker Studio, BigQuery or Python/R for deeper analysis.

Essential Experience & Qualifications

4 + years in a data, CRO or analytics-focused role (agency or client-side).

GA4 Certification plus demonstrable Google Tag Manager mastery.

Experience developing dashboards with Looker Studio.

Hands-on with Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity or similar heat-mapping tools.

Able to distil statistical findings into clear business cases for senior stakeholders.

Comfortable orchestrating multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced setting.

Relishes autonomy but knows when to pull in colleagues for bigger impact.
