The Role...
  • If you take a client first, conversion-focussed approach, understanding that effective digital marketing needs great software, and vice versa, then please keep reading.
  • We’re looking for an Account Manager to strengthen our Client Services team following a host of new customer acquisitions, one that embraces the holistic nature of digital services, and how to add value to our customers.

Can you...
  • Support the account management of our broad range of clients, from start-up to PLC, across varying sectors?
  • Specify and communicate technical web development and digital marketing requirements, both written and verbally?

Must have...
  • At least 2 years agency experience in managing client relationships for website development and digital marketing projects
  • An understanding of proactive service delivery to ensure that all retained clients enjoy proactive support from our agency
  • A demonstrable track record of growing client budgets across multiple digital channels
  • An ability to write proposals and quotations for varying project types, from basic website design to large digital marketing projects
  • A collaborative work ethic ensuring all stakeholders are kept informed where necessary
  • An ability to contribute to comprehensive management information and work to KPI’s and contribute to the efficiency of our business
  • A passion for processes, able to influence continual service improvement
  • The ability to manage expectations and build relationships
  • The ability to adapt to clients within different industries
  • Excellent time management
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in supporting clients undertaking digital marketing campaigns
  • Ability to read Google Analytics data

And ideally...
  • Have experience in supporting clients undertaking web development projects
  • Google Analytics Certification
