We’re looking for a Senior Account Manager to strengthen our Client Services team following a host of new customer acquisitions, one that embraces the holistic nature of digital services, from SEO and PPC through to Shopify and six-figure website builds.
Based in Leeds, we’ve been creating award-winning digital experiences since 2007 and work with major brands, SMEs and start-ups to deliver conversions, growth and maximum ROI.
You’ll get to work on client projects ranging from e-commerce sites through to digital transformation programs and marketing for multinational organisations.

If you’re ready to take the lead on major projects and can handle being the main point of contact for director-level contacts at your client’s organisation, then read on.
Ability to understand your client’s business and finances to be able to make informed decisions about digital marketing strategies
Four years of experience managing SEO, PPC, CRO and other digital marketing channels in an agency environment, alongside an understanding of high-performing websites and how they are built
Knowledge of all digital marketing and development to enable you to have high level strategic conversations with clients, and be capable of exploring opportunities with channel specialists
You’ll understand the customer journey and the impacts that can be made by actions at the right time and through the right channel
Excellent ability to build relationships and rapport, adapting your style to suit the situation and the person with whom you are communicating, with both colleagues and clients
Appetite to grow and develop your cross-channel marketing and development knowledge into expertise
Confidence to effectively prepare and present complex results and insights to C-suite level client contacts
Have experience in supporting clients undertaking web development projects
Google Analytics Certification
An excellent communicator, both verbal and written

Up to £45k depending on experience + uncapped commission
Hybrid working available, following a six-month probation
