With a busy showroom and warehouse, the majority of Bathrooms Direct Yorkshire’s sales were previously achieved offline.

After we built the firm a bespoke Ecommerce website on Ascensor’s Liquid CMS platform, there was a substantial increase in orders and online visibility.

But the next challenge was to help Bathrooms Direct Yorkshire really grow their business and compete for attention with national and international bathroom brands online.

Some SMEs can struggle to match major companies for visibility on SERPs and over time online revenues can plateau, leading to business stagnation.

Ascensor has a long-standing relationship with Bathrooms Direct, providing tailored digital marketing services including SEO, Paid Social and Paid Search to drive traffic.

We’ve created a custom combination of SEO and PPC which is constantly monitored and adjusted by our digital marketing experts to maximise revenue and return on investment.

Regular on-site content optimisation and re-optimisation work by the SEO team ensures products and pages are user friendly and conversion-ready, which is combined with technical SEO techniques to keep Bathrooms Direct Yorkshire competing for top spots in the SERPs.

Our PPC experts use Google Ads and Paid Social channels to drive high volumes of relevant and conversion-ready traffic to the site through targeted brand campaigns that have delivered exceptional results.

Successful brand-specific Smart Shopping campaigns have now been transitioned into new Performance Max campaigns, which are producing a low cost per click and high revenues for the client.

Our recent work has seen Bathrooms Direct Yorkshire break revenue records.

March 2022 saw sales figures hit an all-time high, with best-ever average order values.

In its first month, the new Performance Max campaign generated an astonishing return on ad spend of 10,900%.

March saw a 111% year-on-year increase, and looking wider, first quarter revenue performance was up 51% on the same period in 2021.

Thanks to their ongoing partnership with Ascensor, Bathrooms Direct Yorkshire made 84% more in revenue in the first quarter of 2022 than in the whole of 2018.
