A redesigned, desktop-first Book A Demo page with proof points, a sticky enquiry form and sticky navigation, plus a new thank you page with a what-happens-next video. Every major change was A/B tested with equal traffic splits.
A conversion boost built on real user data, not guesswork. Continuous A/B testing, SEO and UX work turned Radar Healthcare's website into a dependable source of qualified demo bookings.
Radar Healthcare provides award-winning integrated software that helps health and social care providers manage risk, quality and compliance in one place. Its platform supports NHS and private providers across the UK to improve patient safety, stay on top of governance and meet regulatory demands.
Radar was already investing in digital marketing, but the website and its integrations were holding performance back. The Book A Demo experience was missing chances to reassure visitors and capture intent, CRM and marketing platforms such as Force24 needed tying together, and messaging had to work for audiences from NHS trusts to care homes and private providers.
Radar's marketing team asked us to increase qualified demo bookings and grow organic enquiries from healthcare professionals, while keeping the cost of acquisition under control. They brought us in to untangle the tech stack, improve tracking and create a clear UX roadmap that put demo bookings and qualified enquiries at the heart of the site.
This programme used three parts of the system. Clean tracking and CRM integrations came first, so every test on the platform could be measured with confidence, and SEO brought more qualified healthcare traffic to the pages being improved.

We supported the move from Universal Analytics to GA4 and implemented new lead automation processes and CRM integrations, so Radar could trust its data and report on performance with confidence.
New Who we help pages for each healthcare audience, backed by ongoing SEO optimisation and content improvements, to rank for relevant search terms and drive more qualified organic sessions. Organic leads matched PPC for the first time.

We started with the essentials so Radar could trust its data and report on performance with confidence: a domain and site migration, the move from Universal Analytics to GA4, and new lead automation processes and CRM integrations.
With the tracking foundation in place, we moved on to a structured CRO and SEO programme.

We redesigned the Book A Demo page with a cleaner, desktop-first layout, adding USPs, customer logos, statistics, testimonials and a sticky enquiry form. Sticky navigation lifted conversion from 32% to 41%, with a 79% probability of beating the original. A "How can we help?" box helped qualify leads and prioritise sales calls, with an 80% probability of beating the control.
Changing the form title from "Schedule your time" to "Book your free demo call" lifted conversion from 18.02% to 27.37%, a 52% uplift. A redesigned thank you page with a what-happens-next video converted at 67% against 46%, with around twice as many interacting with the video.

Alongside the demo journey, we broadened the site structure and content to match Radar's core segments. New Who we help pages speak directly to specific healthcare audiences, and richer testimonials add real faces, audio clips and written feedback from healthcare professionals. Ongoing SEO helps these pages rank for relevant terms and drive more qualified organic sessions.
Our UX, CRO and SEO specialists worked with Radar's digital marketing team, agreeing tests monthly and rolling out successful variants in phases. Quick CRO wins were paired with longer-term SEO activity.
When it comes to CRO these guys really know what they’re talking about! Embracing a data-backed, test-and-learn approach has been a game-changer for us at Radar Healthcare, allowing us to base decisions on user interaction rather than guesswork. Ascensor's hard work is making a noticeable impact, and I'm really excited about the positive direction we're heading in.
Radar now has a website that works much harder: a reliable inbound channel built on solid analytics, constant testing and a deep understanding of healthcare audiences. It delivers more demo bookings, better lead quality and a lower overall cost per lead.
Book A Demo conversion from organic traffic rose 571% once the new design and CRO tests went live.
Conversions across the whole site rose 49.7%, and organic leads matched PPC for the first time, giving Radar more flexibility over paid spend.
